Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) through the Resivve online store (Owner: Andrei Musatov).

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding order. You will first receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of your order by email; this confirmation does not yet constitute our acceptance of your order. The contract is only concluded once we send you a separate order confirmation or dispatch the goods to you.

4. Prices and Small Business Regulation
All prices are final prices plus shipping costs.
In accordance with § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it separately.

5. Delivery
Delivery times, delivery countries, and shipping costs are set out in detail in our [Shipping Policy]. As a general rule, we deliver within Germany and other EU/EEA countries; deliveries to other countries are possible upon request.

6. Shipping Costs
Applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process. Further details are set out in our [Shipping Policy].

7. Payment Terms and Retention of Title
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal). The purchase price is due immediately.
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy.

9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung) apply. The statutory warranty period is 2 years from delivery of the goods. This statutory warranty is separate from and unaffected by any additional manufacturer's guarantee, should one be offered for individual products.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). This choice of law does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

11. Dispute Resolution
We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
